Donating Items

Please consider supporting us by donating your quality items to our charity shop and eBay hub. If you have potential collector's items or valuable donations, we'll seek expert advice and may divert your donated items to our eBay selling hub, Facebook Marketplace page, or even auction houses to maximize funds raised.

Donations are accepted at our Eye charity shop.
- Monday to Friday, between 9:30 AM and 12:30 PM.
- Saturdays, between 9:30am and Midday.

Please contact shop manager Sue on 01379 870186 to arrange larger donations of more than 2 bags or boxes of items.

What is Gift Aid? Gift Aid is a UK government scheme that means Families Together Suffolk can reclaim the basic rate of tax you pay as a UK taxpayer. It means that we can claim 25p of tax for every £1 we make from the sale of any items that you donate to us, there no extra cost to you.
All you need to do is make a Gift Aid declaration.
